Aquaplancton

Aquaplancton is a family-run British business with more than 40 years of experience helping people maintain clearer ponds and lakes. The company sells its namesake pond-treatment product, Aquaplancton, online in 1 kg, 2 kg, 3 kg and 25 kg quantities. The powder is designed to help address green water, sludge, slime, unpleasant odours, duckweed, blanket weed and other algae in ponds and waterways.

Aquaplancton is used in garden ponds, fish ponds and larger lakes, and the company states that it is safe for fish, ducks, plants, pets, wildlife, UV systems and biological filters. Its product information helps customers estimate how much treatment they need based on the water’s surface area; depth is not required for the calculation. The website also offers application instructions, a product brochure, a personalised quote, delivery information and online ordering. Customers can explore practical pond-care articles and read testimonials from pond owners and fish farms. Aquaplancton also describes its work as supporting the ecological restoration of flora and fauna in lakes, ponds, rivers and streams.
