Aquashield Roofing Corporation is a locally based roofing contractor serving Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and communities throughout Hampton Roads. Founded by master roofer Jeff Childers, the company has worked in the region since 1989, providing roofing services for homeowners and commercial property managers. Its approach emphasizes hands-on roof inspections, clear, itemized written estimates, and no high-pressure sales tactics.

Residential services include 24/7 emergency leak repair, complete roof replacements, shingle installation, and wood decking restoration. Aquashield removes old roofing before installation and inspects the underlying plywood, replacing damaged sheathing as needed. The company installs GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles with coastal wind-resistance practices and offers repairs to pipe boots, chimney flashing, and valleys.

For commercial and low-slope roofs, Aquashield provides heat-welded 60-mil TPO membrane systems, tapered insulation for drainage, and reflective roof coatings. It also offers free roof assessments and estimates. In addition to Chesapeake and Virginia Beach, its service area includes Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News, and Williamsburg.
