Aqua Sommelier

The Japan Aqua Sommelier Association (J.A.S.A.) is dedicated to fostering a deeper understanding of water's significant role in our environment, health, and culture. Established in June 2008 and officially recognized as a general incorporated association in December of the same year, J.A.S.A. focuses on educating individuals about water through scientifically grounded knowledge. The association offers a certification program for aspiring Aqua Sommeliers, equipping them with the expertise needed to advocate the importance of water selection in daily life.

J.A.S.A. is actively involved in preserving natural water sources and promoting global awareness about water quality and sustainability. Their flagship training institute, Aqua Demia, provides courses designed to nurture water experts who can contribute to community education and health initiatives. Members enjoy various benefits, including participation in workshops and seminars, discounted access to mineral water products, and support in hosting independent seminars. Join the movement towards a more water-conscious lifestyle and become part of a dedicated community committed to the knowledge and appreciation of this vital resource.
