AquaSud is a public aquatic centre in Pont-l’Abbé, operated by the Communauté de communes du Pays Bigouden Sud. Designed for visitors of different ages and interests, it brings together sport, leisure and relaxation in one pool complex. Facilities include a sports pool, a recreational pool, a bubbling pool, a current river and a waterslide, offering options for swimming, play and unwinding.

AquaSud provides swimming lessons and activities for children and adults, including adult swimming, children’s activities and aqua fitness. Sessions support people who want to learn to swim, build confidence or improve their skills. The centre publishes opening hours and activity schedules, shares updates about holiday programmes and registrations, and offers online ticketing and reservations for selected sessions, including Sunday mornings.

Visitors can check current pool availability and practical information before arriving. Centre rules require swim caps from age four, a soapy shower and footbath before entering the pools, and close-fitting swimwear intended for bathing. Children under ten must be accompanied by an adult, and photography and filming are prohibited.
