ASD Aquateam nuoto cuoio

Aquateam Nuoto Cuoio is an amateur sports association founded in 2015 to help people with disabilities find their place in sport. Based in Castelfranco di Sotto, the organization grew from swimming-pool experiences in which instructors saw that recreational water activities did not meet every athlete’s ambitions. Its aim is to make sporting opportunities available to people with disabilities at every level, supporting personal development through participation and competition.

Aquateam offers swimming activities and a pathway for athletes who want to progress beyond recreational practice. Its members can compete in a range of sporting circuits, including Special Olympics, UISP, FISDIR and FINP, as well as UisPiù events, which bring together people with and without disabilities. The association also shares news, reading materials and course information, and invites people to support its work through donations. Guided by the belief that growth matters more than winning or losing, Aquateam promotes commitment, inclusion and shared achievement, bringing athletes, volunteers and community supporters together.
