Aquatica Vijver en Tuin is a family-run pond and garden business founded by Eric and Bianca Mommers in 1997. It began as a water-plant nursery serving retailers and landscapers and has since focused on helping private pond owners. Drawing on decades of specialist knowledge, Aquatica advises customers on a range of ponds, including swimming, natural, mirror and koi ponds, with and without filtration systems.
The business offers water plants, fish and pond supplies, alongside decorative items such as statues, wind spinners, small garden accessories, trees and shrubs. Aquatica also provides pond construction and maintenance through its regular field team. Customers who prefer to do the work themselves can receive guidance to help them manage their projects.
Based in Schimmert, the company welcomes visitors to its shop and invites them to get in touch by phone or email for advice or to arrange an appointment outside regular opening hours. Aquatica combines specialist expertise with practical products and services for pond and garden enthusiasts.
