Aqua Zone Fitness

Aqua Zone Fitness provides expertly designed group fitness programs conducted in water, combining exercise, active recovery, and enjoyment in a supportive pool environment. Founded by fitness and health professionals, the brand draws on more than 30 years of experience in designing, delivering, coaching, and mentoring group fitness. Its classes are choreographed and regularly refreshed to offer consistent, engaging experiences for participants and practical support for clubs and instructors.

Programs include Aqua Zone High Intensity, Aqua Zone Classic at medium intensity, and Aqua Zone Flow at low intensity, with options suited to varied fitness levels, ages, and recovery needs. The company also offers instructor certification, comprehensive training, workshops, peer mentoring, and ongoing development resources. Clubs can receive help assessing audience needs, selecting programs, and onboarding suitable instructors. Regular choreography releases and back-catalogue materials help keep classes varied while reducing the burden on instructors to create routines themselves. Aqua Zone Fitness emphasizes movement designed to support wellbeing and mobility, with a low-impact approach that can suit general fitness, rehabilitation, and recovery settings.
