Aqui Cal-Mex

Aqui is a neighborhood restaurant brand serving Cal-Mex food shaped by California, Mexico, and Southwest influences. With four locations in San Jose, Campbell, and Cupertino, it offers an approachable counter-ordering experience and a frequently changing menu built around local, seasonal, and fresh ingredients. Aqui says it uses natural, wild, and organic ingredients whenever possible and highlights its approach to oils, including non-GMO, expeller-pressed canola and sunflower oils and cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil.

Guests can choose from food menus, weekly chef specials, soups, desserts, and drinks. Offerings may include grilled chicken plates, seasonal dishes, and Aqui’s signature Industrial Swirls, including margaritas and other frozen drinks. Menus and specials can vary by location and season. Customers can order for pickup or use DoorDash delivery at participating locations. The brand also offers gift cards, shares information about its ingredients and food, and supports local charities through its giving programs. Aqui invites customers to subscribe for updates on new menus, specials, and drinks, and recruits for retail, bar, kitchen, and leadership roles.
