Aquivet is a specialized veterinary hospital that provides comprehensive care for cats and dogs in the form of referrals. In addition, Aquivet offers a 24/7 emergency service. Established in 2006, AniCura Aquivet is the largest veterinary facility in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of France.
It is also the first-ever Veterinary Hospital Center (CHV) in the region, which speaks to its expertise and dedication to animal care. Aquivet has a team of specialist veterinarians who are available round the clock to handle emergency cases. Their state-of-the-art facilities, located near Bordeaux, include cutting-edge equipment for surgery, imaging, cardiology, physiotherapy, ophthalmology, and dermatology.
Aquivet collaborates with veterinary clinics and practices in the South West to provide specialized medical treatments. They prioritize cases that require specialist intervention, while routine vaccinations and general care are best referred to primary veterinarians. Aquivet ensures effective communication between pet owners, referring veterinarians, and their own team to provide the best possible care for animals in need
