Arab Energy Alliance

Arab Energy Alliance UA is an independent oil and gas exploration and production company operating in Ukraine. Established in 2001, it was formerly known as Kuwait Energy Ukraine. In April 2014, the Arab Energy Alliance holding acquired the Ukrainian company in full from Kuwait Energy, after which its name changed.

The company’s core activities include producing natural gas and gas condensate, as well as exploring for and developing new oil, gas and condensate deposits. It actively develops the Bilousivske-Chornukhynske and North-Yablunivske fields in Poltava region and evaluates opportunities to participate in the development of additional licensed areas. Its business also includes the sale of natural gas and gas condensate, and it provides information for consumers on prices, relevant documents and applicable legislation.

Arab Energy Alliance UA works with local government bodies and Ukrainian and international oil and gas companies. The company also reports investment in social projects for local communities and maintains a focus on occupational safety and environmental protection.
