Arbalett

Arbalett is a Brussels-based recruitment firm connecting businesses with technical, financial and strategic talent. With more than 15 years of experience, a team of seven consultants and a growing professional network, the firm provides recruitment and executive search services, supporting clients and candidates throughout the hiring and career-transition process. Its five areas of expertise are Engineering, Life Sciences, Finance, HR and Executive Search.

Engineering covers design offices, production, maintenance, energy and major industrial projects. Life Sciences includes pharma, biotech and medtech roles in quality, regulatory affairs, production and research and development. Finance spans accounting, management control, audit and finance leadership, while HR includes talent acquisition, payroll, compensation and benefits, and business partnering.

Executive Search focuses on confidential appointments of senior leaders and executive committee members. Arbalett also offers proactive career support, mapping the wider market and approaching candidates when a relevant opportunity arises, rather than relying only on advertised vacancies. Its consultants manage sector-specific searches and guide people from initial discussions through recruitment and integration
