Arbeit Studios

Arbeit Studios is a leading brand that specializes in transforming empty spaces into vibrant studio spaces for artists, designers, makers, start-ups, and small businesses. With a focus on creativity, community, and collaboration, Arbeit Studios has been managing spaces since 2010 and has experienced an impressive 20% yearly growth. They currently manage over 250 units across 16 sites in London, accommodating a diverse range of industries including arts, design, music, beauty, and wellness.

Arbeit Studios goes beyond simply occupying units; they make space work. With a high occupancy rate of 95% - 98%, they work closely with landlords, developers, councils, and housing associations to provide a flexible pricing approach that meets the needs of their members. One of Arbeit Studios' key strengths is their commitment to connecting communities.

Their spaces encourage interaction and collaboration, fostering a sense of belonging among artists, designers, makers, and entrepreneurs. They also organize WORK/Series, a program of exhibitions, events, and workshops that benefits both their studio users and the local communities. In addition to managing studios, Arbeit Studios operates galleries at two of their sites, Leyton Green and Trowbridge Garden.

These galleries showcase the work of local artists, designers, and makers, with a particular focus on fashion and Hackney Wick and Fish Island. Arbeit Studios takes pride in their partnerships with several London borough councils, including Southwark, Islington, Barking & Dagenham, Tower Hamlets, Brent, Haringay, and Hackney. Their impressive track record and dedication to making space work have established them as a trusted brand for anyone seeking a creative and collaborative workspace in London
