Arbeitszeiterfassung

The service helps employers record working hours online, document them clearly, and retrieve records when needed. Its digital clock allows staff to log the start and end of a workday with a click using a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Team members can also enter missed hours later, while administrators can record time centrally if required.

The platform includes tools to manage absences such as vacation, illness, and leave, with approval workflows and an overview of team availability. Employees and managers can review individual time records, while administrators can monitor hours, overtime, and balances across the team. Time records can be downloaded or printed as PDFs. An optional mobile app supports time entry from the office, home, or while away. The company says its product is developed and hosted in Germany and is used by more than 100,000 people.
