El Centro de Arbitraje de la Cámara de Caracas (CACC), creado en el año 1.990, es un órgano de la Cámara de Comercio, Industria y Servicios de Caracas, organizado de conformidad con las disposiciones de la Ley de Arbitraje Comercial para promover la solución de conflictos mediante el arbitraje institucional, la mediación y cualquier otro mecanismo alternativo de solución de controversias.
