ArbitralWomen is an international non-governmental organization that brings together women practitioners in international dispute resolution. With a network of close to a thousand members from over 40 countries, ArbitralWomen serves as a platform for women in the field to connect, collaborate, and advance their interests. The organization supports gender equality in dispute resolution and works tirelessly to promote the inclusion of women in the field.

They organize events, social gatherings, and provide mentoring opportunities, as well as sponsoring female law students in moot court competitions. Through their website, ArbitralWomen offers a comprehensive search tool that allows users to find female practitioners, including arbitrators, mediators, experts, lawyers, and more, in their jurisdiction and/or field of business. They also have a dedicated group called Young ArbitralWomen Practitioners (YAWP) for women under 40, who can benefit from networking and support in the early stages of their practice.
