Arbutus Martial Arts is a martial arts school serving the Arbutus area, where it has been doing business for more than 30 years. Founded in January 2000 by Michael and Robin Ocampo, the school is led by Master Michael Ocampo, a seventh-dan Tae Kwon Do instructor. Its teaching philosophy centers on traditional Tae Kwon Do and emphasizes integrity, self-control, and respect.
Instruction also includes Arnis-Kali, described as Philippine stick fighting. The school welcomes prospective students to arrange an appointment to visit and take a free first class before deciding, with no obligation and no contracts. Arbutus Martial Arts says satisfaction is guaranteed and invites families to ask about family rates and a plan tailored to their needs.
Rates are available by phone; the website lists 410-536-5366 and 443-326-9493 for contact. The website also provides an online gallery and links to the school’s social media accounts
