ARC72

ARC72 Architecture is an architectural design practice with designers based in New Plymouth and Mount Maunganui, serving residential and commercial clients across New Zealand. Its approach brings creative form together with function, combining imaginative design, technical expertise, and practical building knowledge. The practice works collaboratively with clients to shape projects around their vision, lifestyle, and budget, from early concepts through to completion.

ARC72’s services include design for new and high-performance homes, coastal and rural properties, multi-unit developments, and commercial buildings such as offices, retail, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use spaces. The team also undertakes renovations, extensions, interior remodelling, and upgrades to heritage and character homes. Interior design support covers space planning, concepts, specifications, finishes, and custom joinery. To help clients understand and present their projects, ARC72 provides 3D renders, architectural visualisations, marketing imagery, and concept presentations. Planning and delivery services include feasibility studies, site analysis, consent documentation, construction drawings, council and consultant coordination, contract administration, and site observation.
