About ARCAD Santé PLUS
ARCAD Santé PLUS, created in 1994, is a key player in the fight against HIV/AIDS in Mali and West Africa, and a founding member of Coalition PLUS. Formerly known as ARCAD-SIDA Mali, this organization was founded by young doctors led by Dr. Aliou Sylla.
Supported by the AIDS Unit of the Ministry of Health, the establishment of this NGO was in response to a need: the identification and support of people living with HIV. ARCAD Santé PLUS offers a range of services and programs aimed at prevention and care. Their services include technical support, research, advocacy, and governance of HIV and TB programs.
They also focus on domestic financing and vulnerable populations. With a dedicated team and strong partnerships, ARCAD Santé PLUS is committed to building resilient communities and improving access to development and health
