ARCED Foundation

ARCED Foundation, also known as Aureolin Research, Consultancy & Expertise Development Foundation, is a nonprofit organization based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Established in 2013, it works to strengthen research, decision-making, and development through reliable data, consulting, training, and monitoring and results-management support. Its vision is to become a center of excellence in comprehensive research and consulting, while collaborating to create and share knowledge.

The foundation provides quantitative and qualitative research services, including real-time data collection, scoping and baseline studies, interim assessments, evaluations, and rapid appraisals. Its work addresses socioeconomic issues across areas such as agribusiness, value chains, gender-based violence, health, and nutrition. ARCED also offers technology-enabled solutions for digital data collection, transparency and reproducibility, data privacy and security, high-frequency checks, spot checks and backchecks, and audio monitoring.

To promote knowledge in development, business, and related fields, ARCED provides training, open resources, certificate courses, workshops, and seminars. It works with national and international organizations and combines technological tools with specialist expertise to support better-informed programs and decisions.
