Arcoiris Cooperativa

Arcoiris Cooperativa Sociale is an Italian social cooperative dedicated to supporting greater independence and a satisfying life for people experiencing vulnerability or social marginalisation. Its work is grounded in the belief that every person has value, individual strengths and the ability to make choices about their own future, even when facing difficulties. Through its projects, Arcoiris supports pathways towards independent living and offers activities related to work and training.

Its initiatives include developing supported living opportunities, such as apartments in Saronno and Besana Brianza, and projects focused on inclusion, including “Cyber inclusion and more. ” The cooperative invites individuals and the wider community to help make independent-living aspirations possible through collaboration and donations. Arcoiris also provides information about its projects and ways to get involved through its website.

Based in Pusiano, the organisation operates from locations in Besana in Brianza, Milan and Sesto San Giovanni. Its approach centres on recognising each person’s abilities and supporting them to build a life that reflects their needs and choices
