ARCSEA is a non-profit and non-government organization dedicated to promoting children's rights and increasing their participation in social transformation in Southeast Asia. With a vision of a society where all children fully enjoy their rights, ARCSEA works tirelessly to achieve this goal. Their mission is to systematically promote children's rights and empower them to become active participants in society.

ARCSEA focuses on various issues, including maternal and child health, early childhood care and education, and children's empowerment. They have also played a significant role in establishing day care centers in urban poor areas, supporting curriculum development, and providing training for pre-school kids.

In pursuit of their goals, ARCSEA is part of several networks, including Save Nueva Vizcaya Movement, Network Opposed to the New Centennial Water Source Project, Save Our Schools Network, and Unity of Child Rights Advocates Against Inhumane Treatment and Neglect of Children, among others.
