The Icelandic Arctic Cooperation Network (IACN) is a prominent brand that aims to foster collaboration and cooperation on Arctic issues both within Iceland and internationally. The main mission of IACN is to support Iceland's participation in the work of the Arctic Council, heighten communication and cooperation within Iceland regarding Arctic issues, and provide guidance and consultation as requested.

With diverse core activities, IACN leads and participates in domestic and international Arctic projects, organizes or co-organizes events and activities on important Arctic-relevant themes, and offers advice and consultation to contribute to cooperation and dialogue. The IACN staff is responsible for the daily operations of the organization, including project management, event planning, and establishing new partnerships.

The IACN Board of Directors, consisting of seven members and four alternatives, plays a crucial role in reviewing the organization's activities and outcomes annually.
