ARC Training Center

The ARC Training Center is a 25,000-square-foot soccer training and entertainment facility in Eagan, Minnesota, designed to help players develop technical ability, fitness, and game awareness. Its signature training system uses automated ball delivery, with programmable speeds, spins, and elevations, to challenge athletes to identify targets and make accurate passes. Players can also train in shooting and finishing zones, including regulation-height goals and finishing floors set at distances that replicate shots from outside the box.

The center offers soccer-specific strength and fitness programs led by qualified trainers and program developers, with an emphasis on building strength without sacrificing speed or agility. Other activities include soccer tennis, reactive fitness training, and virtual reality-based proprioception work focused on body awareness, joint stability, and injury prevention. The facility provides training packages and bookable sessions, which customers can manage through the Acuity app. Beyond player development, The ARC offers space for team meetings, parties, and coaches’ sessions. Located on Trapp Road, the center invites athletes and groups to experience its programs and facilities.
