ARC Visa Services

ARC Visa Services provides US visa appointment monitoring and booking assistance for applicants in India. Its service tracks appointment availability around the clock across Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, New Delhi, and Kolkata, with coverage for OFC and VAC appointments; the site lists Kolkata as VAC coverage. The company supports applicants across non-immigrant visa categories, including B1/B2, H1B, H4, F1, and L1.

Its process begins with applicants sharing their visa category, preferred consulate, and desired month. ARC then monitors the scheduling portal, sends an alert when a suitable slot becomes available, and assists with appointment booking and form submission. The service also offers support with visa portal logins and states that credentials are protected using AES-256 encryption.

ARC highlights continuous automated checks, instant notifications, and support from its team as ways to help applicants respond quickly when appointments open. Applicants can contact the company by email or phone to request assistance, while agents have access to a separate portal
