Moreover, AREAA has collaborated with the GSEs (Government Sponsored Enterprises) to develop translated resources in Chinese, with plans to expand into Korean, Vietnamese, and Tagalog. Additionally, AREAA advocated for the inclusion of a Preferred Language Field on the redesigned Universal Residential Loan Application to better serve the needs of Limited English Proficiency (LEP) borrowers.

AREAA's dedication to improving homeownership access is evident in its efforts to eliminate the 1% Rule in underwriting standards, allowing for fairer calculation of debt-to-income ratios for borrowers with student loans in deferment.
