Area D’Agio is an Italian social promotion association founded in 2015 to support people with disabilities, their families, and others experiencing vulnerability in the former ULSS 8 area. Based in Montebelluna, the association brings together local peer self-help groups and promotes their value within the wider community.
Its central activity is organizing and supporting groups where individuals and families facing similar challenges can meet, share experiences, and offer one another understanding and encouragement. These gatherings provide space for open conversation and mutual reflection, while also making room for informal moments such as sharing a meal and enjoying time together. Through connection and shared experience, participants can build trust and strengthen their everyday coping abilities.
Area D’Agio also shares information about its activities, news, and events, and invites people to support the association or become group facilitators. Its work focuses on fostering inclusion, companionship, and mutual support for people and families navigating disability or other difficult circumstances. The association is located at Via Ospedale 54, Montebelluna, in the Province of Treviso.
