ARGOS is a canine education and behaviour consultancy run by Eloïse Deaux, serving dog owners in the Allier, Nièvre and Saône-et-Loire areas of France. Its work focuses on helping dogs thrive and supporting lasting, trusting relationships between dogs and their families. Services include puppy development programmes designed to build foundations for balanced behaviour through appropriate socialisation, positive experiences and respectful learning.
ARGOS also provides personalised behavioural support for adult dogs experiencing challenges such as barking, destruction, reactivity, aggression, anxiety, difficulty being left alone or unreliable recall. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method or addressing symptoms alone, Eloïse seeks to understand the causes of each behaviour and tailor guidance to the dog and household. Her approach draws on ethology and veterinary psychiatry, and can involve collaboration with a veterinarian when appropriate.
She holds a PhD in biology and has researched animal behaviour, cognition and canine psychiatry since 2012; she has also been a certified canine behaviour educator since 2024
