Argos Funeral Services

Argos Cremations & Burials is a funeral service provider based in Torrance, California, serving families throughout Southern California. The organization offers support for arranging cremations, burials, and memorial services, with options ranging from direct cremation and direct burial to full-service funeral arrangements. Families can also explore full-body burial at sea off the California coast, which Argos presents as an environmentally conscious alternative to traditional burial. Its services include celebration-of-life planning, personalization, and veteran services.

For those planning ahead, Argos provides online preplanning forms, checklists, resources, and information about pre-need arrangements. The website also offers grief support materials for adults and children, guidance on what to do when a death occurs, and information about funeral etiquette and consumer considerations. Merchandise includes urns, caskets, and designer cremation jewelry. Direct cremation arrangements can be completed online, and the company advises families to speak with staff before scheduling services, as required documentation and permits may affect timing. Argos recommends calling ahead before visiting its office.
