Arise Kids OT is a mobile paediatric occupational therapy service based in Marsden Park, New South Wales, supporting children and families across nearby suburbs, including Schofields, Box Hill, Riverstone, Quakers Hill and Glendenning. Founded by occupational therapist Donna Varghese, who has more than 15 years of experience, the practice offers evidence-based, family-centred and neuroaffirming care shaped around each child’s strengths, needs and everyday goals.

Services are delivered at home, school, daycare or online through teletherapy, with flexible appointments to suit families. Support includes assessments, individualised therapy, written reports and practical resources for progress between sessions. Therapy can address sensory and emotional regulation, interoception, motor skills, cognition, visual perception, self-care, social interaction and play. Arise Kids OT works with children with diverse developmental and learning needs, including autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, dyslexia, Tourette syndrome, developmental delay, Down syndrome and intellectual disability.

The practice accepts NDIS self-managed and plan-managed funding, Medicare referrals, private health insurance and private payment.
