Arise Sports Management is an Australian athlete management agency representing a select group of professional AFL, AFLW, NRL and NRLW athletes across Australia and internationally. Founded and led by Kif Chowdhury, the agency uses an exclusive, personalised model designed to support long-term relationships with athletes and their families. Its experienced team brings more than two decades of combined sports management experience.

Arise provides strategic representation and contract negotiation, using market analysis, industry relationships and commercial judgment to help athletes protect their value and plan for the future. Its pathway and development services support athletes and families through career progression, transitions and key opportunities, with planning shaped around development, performance and timing. The agency also advises on commercial strategy and athlete brand development, helping clients establish their positioning and pursue partnerships that fit their reputation and longer-term goals. Talent pathway planning and draft preparation are among its services. Arise works with athletes, families, clubs and commercial partners, aiming to deliver focused support rather than a high-volume representation model.
