Arizona Artists Guild (AAG) is a Phoenix-based organization devoted to visual art in all media, bringing together professional and aspiring artists in a welcoming, encouraging community. For nearly 100 years, the Guild has supported artistic expression, shared learning, and connections among artists with diverse interests and experience.
AAG offers exhibitions, workshops, artist gatherings, and programs for people at different stages of their creative journeys. Workshops provide opportunities to explore mediums and techniques, while life drawing sessions, open studios, critique groups, and specialty groups—including plein air painting, printmaking, sculpture, and photography—help members develop and share their work. The Guild also hosts events such as its Winter Art Fair and offers opportunities to participate in exhibitions.
Community outreach is central to AAG’s work, reflecting its belief in art’s ability to enrich lives and support personal growth. The organization also awards annual visual arts scholarships and runs an Art Supply Exchange, where gently used donated materials are sold at reasonable prices. Proceeds support scholarship and outreach programs.
