About Arkkikivi
Arkkikivi ay is a small Finnish role-playing game publisher and online retailer founded in 2004 by brothers Eero, Jari and Markku Tuovinen. The company aims to publish and import imaginative games that might otherwise receive little attention in Finland, with a particular focus on independent role-playing games and the ideas associated with the indie gaming scene. Its catalogue includes selected titles from the American indie scene, Finnish small-press games and games designed by the Arkkikivi team.
Through its online store, Arkkikivi sells its own publications as well as imported games, and offers an extensive selection of English-language indie role-playing titles. The website helps customers explore that range with considered introductions, reviews or commentary and links to relevant external resources. Arkkikivi also provides information about its own releases, with supplementary materials such as character sheets for players.
The company sells its games through its Finnish webshop and an English-language site for international customers; its publications may also be available in libraries
