Arktos Direct Care

Arktos Direct Care is a locally owned, patient-centered medical practice in Fort Collins, Colorado, founded in 2018 by physicians Kyle Hampton, DO, and Aida Yavari, DO. The practice offers an alternative to conventional, insurance-driven primary care, emphasizing personal relationships, unhurried visits, transparent pricing, and care shaped around each patient’s needs and goals.

Its membership-based Direct Primary Care services include primary care visits, direct access to a physician, and care for individuals and businesses. The practice also offers business plans and a Direct Primary Care option combined with Zion HealthShare. Additional services include osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) to address musculoskeletal pain and function; regenerative medicine, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and prolotherapy; and aesthetic treatments. Arktos Direct Care also provides ketamine-assisted psychotherapy in partnership with Kairos Insight Counseling, including IV ketamine services.

With a focus on prevention, education, and individualized decision-making, Arktos aims to give patients more time and involvement in their healthcare. Appointments are available weekdays and, for members, on weekends.
