Armas Filomeno

Armas Filomeno Martial Wellness is an Atlanta, Georgia-based training community focused on martial arts, practical self-defense, and whole-person wellness. Founded and led by Guro Arnold Filomeno, the school draws on his more than 20 years of experience teaching Filipino Martial Arts, also known as Kali, and Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do. Its instruction incorporates knowledge of systems including Balintawak Cuentada, Pekiti Tirsia, Blade Technologies, Silat for the Street, Western Piper Methods, and the Medusa Edged Weapons System.

Training emphasizes discipline, confidence, resilience, and techniques intended for real-world application, while supporting students’ personal growth. Armas Filomeno offers private and group sessions for beginners and experienced martial artists, with classes designed to build skill, strength, and personal safety in an engaging, supportive environment.
