Armixt

Armixt is the tattoo and piercing studio of Olivier Bouillet, welcoming clients by appointment in Oloron-Sainte-Marie, in France’s Pyrénées-Atlantiques department. The studio offers tattooing using both handpoke and conventional machine techniques. Handpoke, Armixt’s preferred method, is performed by hand with a needle and no machine, drawing on traditional tattooing practices.

Depending on each project, Olivier also tattoos with a conventional tattoo machine. His work brings contemporary and traditional forms together, following the natural contours of the body. He focuses mainly on black ink and graphic styles, including geometric designs and dotwork.

Armixt’s website presents examples of his creations and offers handmade tattoo machines and handpoke tools. Each machine and tool is crafted by hand as a unique piece, with a focus on precision and technique, and is intended as an extension of the tattoo artist’s hand.
