ARMP

The Public Contracts Regulatory Agency (ARMP) of Cameroon is dedicated to enhancing the performance and transparency of public procurement processes. Established to promote socio-economic development, the agency oversees the regulation of public contracts and ensures adherence to relevant decrees, orders, and model documents. The ARMP also plays a crucial role in training public contracts experts, facilitating the accreditation process through interviews and consultations.

In addition to serving as a regulatory body, ARMP offers resources such as reports and a dedicated platform for monitoring public contracts. Their commitment to transparency is reflected in their regular publications and updates concerning administrative performance, budget execution, and sanctions against non-compliance. With a mission to foster effective governance in public procurement, the ARMP is integral to improving accountability and service delivery across Cameroon’s public sector. By focusing on strategic management and a results-oriented approach, the agency aims to build a sustainable future for public contracts in the nation.
