Arno Hovius

Arno Hovius Therapy & Training is a physiotherapy and sports-focused practice offering a broad range of treatments and movement services. Founded by Arno Hovius, a physiotherapist since 1986, the practice takes an active, individual approach to helping clients improve function and performance to the level that is right for them. Its services include regular physiotherapy, exercise therapy, massage and connective-tissue massage, dry needling, fascia integration therapy and electrotherapy.

With a longstanding connection to golf, the practice also provides golf physiotherapy, including movement and video analysis, targeted adjustments and checks on the driving range. Complementary options are offered according to clients’ needs and may include homeopathy, orthomolecular medicine, herbal medicine, ear acupuncture, bioresonance and electro-acupuncture. The practice also offers functional training, with sport-specific exercises that can be carried out at home or at the sports venue. In addition to individual therapy, Arno Hovius provides courses and training for golf clubs, golf professionals and golf physiotherapists on functional training and movement programmes.
