Aromananda Wellness

Aromananda Foundation USA Inc. is a New York State-registered nonprofit and 501(c)(3) organization focused on making holistic wellness accessible and affordable. Working with schools, families, and communities since 2005, the foundation aims to democratize wellness and help people build healthier, more balanced lives. Its programs span eight dimensions of well-being: physical, emotional, social, intellectual, occupational, financial, environmental, and spiritual.

Aromananda offers yoga, mindfulness, breathing and pranayama, stretching, meditation, and nutrition activities through classes, seminars, community workshops, and events. Its work includes wellness programs for low-income New York City schools and sessions serving groups such as seniors and women. The foundation also shares educational resources, including articles and wellness quizzes, and hosts events that encourage participation and connection. Through volunteering, sponsorship, collaboration, and donations, supporters can help extend its programs. Aromananda’s approach combines practical wellness tools with inclusive community experiences, seeking to make support available regardless of background and to strengthen quality of life one person at a time.
