About Aromas do Sul
Aromas do Sul is a family-run wine producer based in Évora, in Portugal’s Alentejo region. Drawing on the area’s winemaking traditions, the company makes regional wines using artisanal methods, including tailored maceration and vinification. It states that its wines are entirely Alentejan: the grapes are grown by the company or cultivated under its technical supervision, with no wines sourced from other regions.
Its portfolio includes red, white and rosé wines, sparkling wines and reserve selections, sold under labels such as Inamorato, Divor and Terras de Bussalfão.
