Aromatiques du Larzac is a brand that offers a diverse range of products and services. Located in the heart of the Natural Regional Park of the Grands Causses in southern Aveyron, their farm, La Ferme des Homs, cultivates around thirty organic aromatic and medicinal plants. Additionally, they engage in wild harvesting of plants and berries found in the surrounding plateaus and valleys.

Throughout the year, through various workshops, they transform these harvests using drying, maceration, grinding, cooking, distillation, and blending techniques to create products that enhance the flavors of the plants and the richness of the Causses. Their offerings include pastis, spirits, aperitifs, flavored vinegars, salts, condiments, herbal teas, and more. Aromatiques du Larzac takes pride in their commitment to organic agriculture and the preservation of traditional know-how.
