AROPEP – Life in Balance is the wellness practice of Alexandra Roloff, offering services that support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience, Alexandra works with clients through an individual, compassionate approach focused on restoring balance without harsh or painful manipulation. Her services include physiotherapy on private prescription, such as therapeutic exercise, lymphatic drainage, and massage, as well as personal training for individuals and small groups. Clients can also learn Nordic walking technique through courses and walking groups.

For relaxation and personal development, AROPEP offers sound healing, Reiki, meditation, mindfulness, yoga nidra, Yin Yoga, and chakra balancing. Events include sound experiences and water-based sound floating. The practice also provides workplace health programs, with options such as back-care guidance, breathing exercises, stretching, strengthening, Nordic walking, and relaxation techniques. Programs can be tailored to organizations and booked by the day or hour, supporting employee fitness, resilience, and team connection. AROPEP brings these services together under a holistic vision of life in balance.
