Arriba is a long-established, locally rooted construction company based on Gotland, Sweden. The company works with both large projects and smaller customers, aiming to make clients feel secure throughout the building process through clear communication and close collaboration. Its services include building homes, construction and renovation projects, building maintenance, property management, and land plots.
Arriba guides homebuilding clients from the initial idea to the completed house, offering its own house designs developed with a Gotland-based architect as well as homes tailored to individual wishes. Its designs reflect the island’s character and are available with timber or rendered exteriors. The company also undertakes projects of different sizes, including new construction, renovations, and plumbing-stack replacements, with expertise in project management, installation coordination, and production.
Beyond construction, Arriba maintains and manages properties for businesses and private customers. The company highlights quality, durability, safety, and environmental responsibility, including reuse and climate awareness, and is BKMA certified for its work in quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety
