ARRISCA is a nonprofit social solidarity association based in Ponta Delgada, on São Miguel Island in the Azores. Established on 15 January 2007, it works to promote health and support rehabilitation and social and cultural integration. Its services address addictive behaviours and dependencies through prevention, dissuasion, treatment, reintegration, training, and the reduction of risks and harm.

ARRISCA provides community-based support, including residential services, a home-support team, mobile units, and a treatment and observation room. Its initiatives also promote social and occupational inclusion for people participating in treatment programmes, and support community development and coordinated local intervention. The association works with partners on projects such as hepatitis-related initiatives and municipal prevention plans.

Alongside its social services, ARRISCA operates a shop offering regional and handmade items, including decorative tiles, ornaments, magnets, and games. Items are available by order, with delivery times depending on the quantity requested. The shop also lists activities such as a workshop to personalize a cup.
