Arriva Relocation

ARRIVA Relocation Services is a Berlin-based relocation and property services company founded in 1994 by Ingrid Henke. It supports businesses transferring employees and international professionals moving to Berlin, helping reduce the administrative workload involved in settling into a new city. Its relocation services cover early orientation, immigration and official registrations, home searches, family support, departure arrangements, and individual assistance. The team coordinates with authorities, property managers, estate agents, and moving companies, providing support through a single point of contact.

ARRIVA also assists property seekers and owners. It connects relocating clients with available homes and supports property sales, including presenting properties and guiding sellers through the process. For newcomers and visitors, the company offers personalized city tours shaped around individual interests, helping participants explore Berlin and identify suitable neighborhoods. Founded and led by Ingrid Henke, ARRIVA draws on decades of experience serving professionals and companies from around the world. Its multilingual team works with professional partners in Germany and internationally, and aims to make relocation and settling in Berlin more manageable through practical, tailored support.
