ArrivSure provides visitor management software for senior living and skilled nursing communities. Its platform replaces paper sign-in sheets with iPad kiosk check-in, visitor badges, live dashboards, and staff alerts, helping teams know who has arrived and notify the right people. Visitors can include families, state surveyors, agency staff, contractors, and vendors, with tailored check-in workflows for different visit types.

The platform also supports PBJ provider-hour tracking, vendor credentials, family feedback, and review invitations. Administrators can receive scheduled building briefings that summarize visitor activity, items needing attention, and family comments; regional leaders can access cross-location roll-ups and readiness reports. Alerts can be sent by push notification, text, or email, including announcements to staff when surveyors are on site.

ArrivSure serves assisted living, skilled nursing, supportive and residential care, and is also used in hospitals, schools, workplaces, and other settings. Customers can use their own iPad or choose a managed kiosk with a configured iPad, secure stand, printer, and starter badges.
