Arrowhead Country Club is a public golf destination in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, known for its award-winning, 27-hole course designed by Raymond Floyd and Tom Jackson. Opened in 1994, the complex offers three distinct nine-hole layouts: The Waterway, The Cypress and The Lakes. Together, they combine Bermuda fairways, MiniVerde Bermuda greens, varied tees for golfers of different abilities, and scenic views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Water features on 24 of the 27 holes, while the layouts reward accuracy and offer a range of playing experiences.
The club provides tee-time bookings, reasonable greens fees, free range balls and staggered tee times throughout the day. Its staff aims to make visits welcoming, and the facility promotes family golf through a Kids Play Free program for juniors aged 16 and under when accompanied by a paying adult. Arrowhead has received recognition including “South Carolina’s Golf Course of the Year” and “The Best of the Grand Strand,” and earned four stars in Golf Digest’s Places to Play guide.
