Debarras De Maison

Art-Emis is a French clearance company serving private individuals and businesses. It provides complete emptying services for houses, apartments, commercial premises and other properties, including clearance following a move or inheritance. Its professional teams handle items from cellars to attics, using appropriate equipment and taking care to respect the property.

Before work begins, Art-Emis prepares a free, no-obligation quote based on the volume to be cleared, access and conditions, and the estimated value of recoverable items. The company can assess furniture, artwork, antiques, decorative objects, jewellery, household goods and other resaleable belongings, with valuations conducted by art professionals or recognised experts. Depending on the balance between service costs and the value of items, a clearance may be charged, free or compensated.

The service includes sorting, transporting bulky waste to appropriate facilities for recycling, donating reusable items to charities, and reselling valuable objects. Art-Emis also offers detailed inventories for estates and transparent estimates.
