About Art4Me
Art4Me is a brand that is dedicated to promoting mental health through art therapy. The brand recognizes the need to include mental health among the priorities of the public health agenda and aims to improve the lives of millions of Europeans living with psychiatric disorders. Art therapy activities are immensely valuable for individuals living with or recovering from mental health problems as they help to express and interpret their experiences, rebuild confidence, and develop new skills.
Despite the existence of innovative arts and mental health projects, their use is still limited and often misunderstood. Art4Me aims to bridge this gap by creating a new platform for knowledge sharing across borders and stakeholders, as well as empowering citizens with or at risk of mental health challenges. The brand also examines the use of art therapy and the use of art in mental health promotion in different partner countries.
