Art

Art by Nature Konservering is a taxidermy studio founded by Daniel Lauridsen in March 2025. Located at Saltofte Gods in western Zealand, Denmark, the business specializes in high-quality preservation and mounting of hunting trophies, helping clients keep a lasting, lifelike reminder of an animal. The studio identifies as an authorized zoological taxidermist and places particular emphasis on creativity, quality and precision.

Services include taxidermy and custom mounts, with skins for mounting tanned in-house to provide greater control over materials and work. Each project is shaped by careful observation and reference images, with attention to the individual animal and its details. The studio also creates and paints artificial rocks, and selects roots to complement the pose and appearance of each mount. For clients seeking something distinctive, Art by Nature undertakes special projects and imaginative displays, including bird mounts.

Most assignments have an estimated delivery time of about six months. Visitors are welcome at the workshop, which includes a showroom where they can explore display ideas and discuss future projects.
