@artch.org
Founded in 2018, Artch's mission is to develop a contemporary art market in Montreal's downtown while bringing together amateurs, visual art professionals and the wider public. This year, 23 new artists emerging in the Montreal art scene were selected and offered a 3,000$ grant as well as a training in entrepreneurship in art that will eventually lead to a 8-day exhibition in Montreal’s downtown. All the artists selected are Montrealers under thirty-five years old venturing into the art market. Their training is organized in collaboration with Carrefour Jeunesse Emploi Montreal. JACK MARKETING oversees the visual identity and the communication side of the project. The company is also in charge of public relations and sponsorships for Artch. This flourishing creative agency is based in Montreal and the team “Good JACK” offers services in marketing, communication, brand narrative and development such as design, online presence, and events for companies. CJE MONTREAL CENTRE-VILLE coordinates the entrepreneurship training for the artists selected. The organization helps young artists achieve their career goals in multiple fields. Located downtown, they are at the heart of cultural activities and arts which is an asset in helping artists launch their career.
